Services may be offered in different formats and schedules depending on availability.
Eligibility and Parental Consent
Some services may be provided to students under the age of 18. In such cases, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the student’s participation and is responsible for booking, payment, and compliance with these Terms.
Payments and Fees
Payments for services may be processed through third-party payment platforms supported by our website.

Services may be offered as prepaid packages, pay-per-session, or a combination of both.

Fees, payment terms, and session formats will be communicated prior to booking.
All payments are subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Refunds, if any, are considered on a case-by-case basis at StatEasy’s sole discretion.
No Guarantee of Results
StatEasy does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to test scores, grades, academic placement, or admissions results.
Any testimonials or examples of student outcomes shared on this website are illustrative only and do not represent guarantees of future performance.
Academic Integrity
StatEasy provides instructional support only. We do not:

Complete homework on behalf of students

Take tests or quizzes for students

Write or submit academic assignments for students
Students are expected to comply with their schools’ academic integrity policies at all times.
Communication
We may communicate with clients and families through email, video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom or Google Meet), and other agreed-upon methods. By engaging our services, you consent to reasonable communication related to scheduling, instruction, and administrative matters.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and instructional materials, is the property of StatEasy LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatEasy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our services.
