Refund Policy

At StatEasy LLC, we value transparency and fairness in all of our services. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for instructional sessions, packages, and related services.

General Policy

All purchases are generally non-refundable once services have been scheduled or delivered. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Individual Sessions

  • Payments for individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds.

Packages and Multi-Session Programs

  • Prepaid packages are intended for planned, ongoing academic instruction.

  • Unused sessions in a package are generally non-refundable.

  • In limited circumstances, partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding any sessions already delivered or scheduled.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

  • Sessions canceled with insufficient notice or missed without notice are considered forfeited and are not refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergencies) may be reviewed individually. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and is determined solely by StatEasy LLC.

Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment when possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

No Guarantees

Refunds are not issued based on academic outcomes, including but not limited to test scores, grades, or performance improvements.
